Fascia Release

What is fascia ?

  • A specialized system appearance similar to spider's web like connective tissue,  relaxed and wavy in configuration

  • It has the ability to stretch and move without restriction in the normal healthy state

Function :  

  • enveloping, separating or binding together muscles, bones, nerves, vessels and internal organs including the heart, brain and spinal cord
